The Pre Foreclosure Property Investor Kit
The second half of the first decade of the 21st century certainly has been tough on a lot of families -- the unfortunate result for some being the loss of their homes. In my hometown here in Florida, one out of every 10 homes was in some stage of foreclosure in 2009. If you are fortunate enough to find yourself in a position to scoop up what can be some great real estate investments in this economy, look closely at your target properties to maximize the return on your investment.

This will be the first of an on-going series of articles addressing the most common unforeseen problems likely to be found when preparing a foreclosed property for resale or for rent.
